Hello,
Here at camp we have been having a blast! At Glen Mhor, our MADD show is really underway now with three days of hard work put into our performances. Everything is coming together well. With our mornings set aside for show preparations, the afternoons have been spent enjoying our traditional camp activities! The MADD campers have been flying down the zipline, climbing the high ropes, paddling boats and swimming in Echo Lake. We are super excited for what's in store for the rest of the week!
At Iona, our folks arrived back from trip this afternoon. On Sunday they embarked on their three night canoe trip down the Muskoka River. They started in Baysville and spent their first night at two foot falls. On day two they paddled down to Cook's Falls were they spent their next two nights before paddling out to Fraserburg for pick-up. Their highlights from trip were; Swimming in the rapids, paddling the rapids, learning to solo portage and canoe, fishing and jumping off the jumping rock!
