Camp Director
20-month maternity leave coverage

The Camp Director is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all Cairn programs while providing strong leadership, guidance, and support to staff and volunteers. In this role, they foster a meaningful and memorable camp experience for both campers and staff—an experience grounded in the Mission, Values, and Faith Statements that make Cairn such a unique and welcoming community.
